Coloktoto Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Coloktoto ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on Coloktoto, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document. Please read the entire document carefully before continuing to use the platform.

1. Membership Eligibility & Account Registration

To become a coloktoto member and access any of the services offered on the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Coloktoto maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage membership.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf — not on behalf of any other person or corporate entity.
• Not enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme on the Coloktoto platform or any related platform.
• Register only one account per individual. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Coloktoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including during registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Coloktoto offers a range of payment methods tailored specifically for the convenience of Malaysian users. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted deposit methods:

• GrabPay — processed in under 1 minute
• Boost eWallet — processed in under 1 minute
• ShopeePay — processed in under 1 minute
• DuitNow — instant transfer between Malaysian banks
• FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

Deposit policy: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set; however, limits may be applied to specific accounts based on risk assessment. All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in the member's name — coloktoto does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawal policy: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Coloktoto processes withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods, and up to 1 business day for bank transfers. Coloktoto does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Coloktoto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an identity verification (KYC) process or security investigation is ongoing. In cases where fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected, coloktoto reserves the right to freeze or cancel the relevant transactions and report them to the appropriate authorities.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Coloktoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance members' gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus received must be rolled over by the multiplier specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses carry a stated validity period — bonuses that are unused or have not met the rollover requirements within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus combination: In most cases, bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.
• Minimum bet: Certain games or bet types may not count, or may only partially count, towards a bonus rollover requirement. A full list of exclusions is stated in the terms of each promotion.

Coloktoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent methods — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account termination.

4. Game & Betting Rules

Coloktoto offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, virtual sports, table games, and fishing games. Each category has its own specific rules available within the respective game interface. General terms that apply to all games are as follows:

• All games on Coloktoto use certified software that has been independently audited by third-party certification bodies. Game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• All results displayed in the Coloktoto system are final. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours after the relevant match or round has concluded.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects game outcomes, Coloktoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and other sports), if a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's rules.
• The minimum bet for most markets is RM10. Maximum bet limits vary by market type and match, and are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.

5. Account Security & Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your Coloktoto account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. It is important that you:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or close friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your Coloktoto account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the coloktoto support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that the email address registered to your account remains active and under your control — as it is used for security verification and important account-related communications.

Coloktoto is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to take reasonable security precautions. However, if you report unauthorised access promptly, Coloktoto's security team will take immediate action to investigate and secure your account.

6. Responsible Gambling & Self-Limits

Coloktoto is committed to responsible gaming principles. Our platform provides several tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. These limits take effect within 24 hours of being set and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.
• Betting limit: The maximum limit per bet can be set according to your preference.
• Temporary self-exclusion: You may request a temporary account suspension (1 day to 6 months) without needing to provide any reason.
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you believe gambling has become a serious problem, you may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-register.

7. Prohibitions & Restricted Activities

Using the Coloktoto platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• The use of automated software (bots), hacking tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hedging or arbitrage betting involving multiple accounts or platforms.
• The creation and use of more than one account by the same individual.
• Use of an account by any individual who has self-excluded or been banned by Coloktoto.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation of game outcomes, or abuse of the bonus system.

8. Account Termination & Changes to Terms

Coloktoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is a breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions, or for other reasons deemed necessary to safeguard the platform and its member community.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the Coloktoto support team at support@coloktoto.my. Any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned to you upon completion of the required verification process.

Coloktoto reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after a change notice has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
